Job Opening: Concert Organizer Assistant (project role, 2 months) Location: Cyprus We are looking for an event organizer assistant to participate in the preparation and execution of a concert. Project employment for ~2 months.

Responsibilities: • Assistance in event organization at all stages of preparation • Communication with contractors (venue, decor, printing, designers, etc.) • Logistics organization: booking tickets, hotels • Studying and ensuring the artist's hospitality rider • Searching for and purchasing necessary goods and materials • Process coordination and task control on the day of the event • Performing various tasks within the project scope

Requirements: • Readiness to work in a multitasking environment • Responsibility, diligence • Flexibility, proactivity, and readiness to quickly get involved in tasks • Knowledge of English (required), Greek - an advantage
