🚀Tasks: Organizing and ensuring office operations (stationery, household supplies, water/coffee/fruit, services, requests) Interaction with contractors and suppliers: search, negotiation, service quality control Document flow: scanning/copying, preparing document packages, reporting Supporting employees with household and organizational issues (office processes, "here and now" assistance) Organizing congratulations, small activities, decorating the office for holidays, ordering lunches Assisting in organizing corporate events Creating requests/tasks, monitoring deadlines, fulfilling management assignments
💼What's important: Experience as an office manager / admin / coordinator for 2+ years Accuracy, responsibility, ability to maintain order and meet deadlines Communication skills and a service-oriented approach Proficient PC user (Excel/Google Sheets), experience with 1C will be an advantage A car that can be used for work purposes is a plus (fuel is covered by the company) Russian — mandatory, English — at a level for business communication (will be a plus)
