VACANCY: Office Assistant
Limassol
✅ Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of office space: maintaining order, ensuring supplies of stationery, kitchen and household items, first-aid kit;
- Food control: ordering breakfasts and lunches, quality control of supplies and budget;
- Interaction with the management company and building owners: prompt resolution of operational issues, maintaining communication with service providers;
- Reporting and expense planning: control of office budgets, payment tracking, preparation of payment requests;
- Procurement and inventory: forming requisitions, controlling supplies, accounting for equipment, furniture and consumables;
- Communication with employees: collecting and processing requests, assisting in solving everyday office needs;
- Support for the manager: carrying out assignments related to office activities.
✅ Requirements:
- Work permit in Cyprus;
- Experience as an office assistant/administrator/receptionist for at least 1 year is desirable;
- English language proficiency from B1 level, knowledge of Greek will be your advantage;
- Knowledge of office administration basics, document flow and operational support;
- Experience in interacting with contractors, management companies and service providers;
- Confident PC user (MS Office / Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email);
- Developed communication skills, client-orientation;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, independence in solving household and organizational issues;
- Stress resistance and ability to handle employee requests.
