Office Manager | Limassol
We are an international payment company that is actively growing and expanding its team. We are currently looking for someone who loves order, can keep everything under control, and helps the team work effectively.
🔹 Your responsibilities will include: • organizing office operations; • liaising with suppliers and contractors; • managing document flow and assisting with document preparation; • providing administrative support to the legal function; • fulfilling organizational and personal assignments from the manager; • coordinating meetings, calls, and ongoing work processes.
✅ We are looking for someone who: • is fluent in Russian and speaks English confidently; • has a personal car; • is detail-oriented and can multitask; • loves order and can find common ground with different people; • is ready to learn quickly and take responsibility.
