Responsibilities: ✔️ Ensuring office operations: receiving visitors, ordering stationery, working with office equipment ✔️ Interaction with internal and external contacts, communication support ✔️ Maintaining the manager's calendar and organizing meetings (online/offline) ✔️ Preparing materials before meetings upon request ✔️ Handling personal errands and assistance with domestic matters
Requirements: ✔️ Russian + English (B2 or higher) ✔️ Excellent organization and attention to detail ✔️ Proficient user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) ✔️ Communication skills, proactivity, and stress resistance ✔️ Experience in a similar position
Will be a plus: ✔️ Knowledge of Greek language ✔️ Basic IT equipment support skills ✔️ Experience in an international or financial environment
