Responsibilities: 🟢 Office Supply Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory of all office necessities, including stationery and groceries, to ensure uninterrupted office functioning; 🟢 Logistics Coordination: Managing interaction with courier services and contractors to guarantee timely delivery and document exchange; 🟢 Employee Support: Providing administrative assistance to employees to create a comfortable and efficient working environment; 🟢Administrative Reporting: Keeping records and preparing regular reports to track office expenses and task completion statuses.
Requirements: 🧩 At least 1 year of proven experience in an Office Manager position to ensure smooth and professional daily office operations; 🧩 Language Proficiency: English at a B2 level (with Greek as a valuable advantage) to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment and coordinate with local vendors; 🧩 Proactive Problem-Solving: Energetic and proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure to resolve office-related issues quickly.
