An international product IT company in the iGaming sector is looking for an Office Manager.
✅ Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager / Personal Assistant (we are ready to consider a student) • Own car and driver's license • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, office equipment • Experience working with documentation • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work in a multitasking environment
💼 Main Responsibilities: • Organizing and supporting office operations • Interacting with contractors and suppliers • Organizing meetings and receiving visitors • Monitoring office equipment and budget • Providing administrative support to top management (up to 40% of the time) • Creating a comfortable and effective working environment for the team
