Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in network security
• Experience managing a team of engineers (at least 2 years) with varying competence levels, resource planning skills
• Project management experience at the level of chief designer/lead engineer
• Practical experience in projects for creating client's information security infrastructure, developing proposals for modernizing existing systems, developing project and working documentation for network security systems
• Knowledge in the field of network security tools (СЗИ): NGFW, IPS, WAF, VPN, NTA. Including practical experience in configuring one (or more) manufacturers — Positive Technologies, Fortinet, CheckPoint, PaloAlto, Code of Security, InfoTeCS, S-terra, etc.
• Successful experience in the role of chief project engineer/architect on an integration project
• Knowledge of Routing/Switching technologies (LAN, WAN, MPLS, OSPF/EIGRP/BGP, NAT, STP) and configuration on equipment from one (or more) manufacturers — Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Mikrotik
• General knowledge in the field of computing, server virtualization — classification, main differences, typical solutions
• Technical English proficiency
• Higher technical education

Responsibilities

• Management of an organizational structure of about 5-15 people, consisting of engineers with different competence levels.
• Management of team members, considering fulfillment of contractual obligations, pre-sales activities, sales plans, and development of team members.
• Planning and managing the workload of team members.
• Control of pre-sales and project execution, ensuring the proper quality of pre-sales and project implementation within the team lead's authority.
• Evaluation of the performance of team members, providing timely feedback to employees on their effectiveness and quality of work.
• Building effective teamwork within the Information Security Center and the Company as a whole, as well as when interacting with Clients.
• Defining and forming requirements for the qualifications of team members, as well as ensuring the development of their qualifications.
• Forming and maintaining the methodological base for engineering work.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and development of team specialists.
• Participation in the promotion and popularization of the team's solutions.

Will Be a Plus

• 2+ years of experience in system integration
• Broad knowledge of solutions from information security vendors
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation in the field of information protection
• Experience in developing and promoting new services and/or solutions
• Certifications in network technologies and information security
