We are looking for a hands-on tech lead who will take charge of the React Native direction: code, architecture, and technical development of the applications.
What you will be doing
- Writing code: key features, complex parts, architecture.
- Being responsible for the technical development of React Native applications.
- Leading a developer in the team: reviews, mentoring, planning.
- Establishing engineering practices: CI/CD, tests, release process.
- Ensuring application performance and stability in the stores.
- Identifying opportunities for automation in development and implementing them.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in React Native and TypeScript.
- Experience in leading or mentoring.
- Launched several applications to the App Store / Google Play with a real audience.
- Designed application architecture from scratch and during scaling.
- Confident working with native modules (iOS/Android) and Expo.
- Integrated monetization: subscriptions, paywalls, advertising.
- Actively use AI in daily work.
- CI/CD, automation, testing.
- English B2+, Russian C1+.
It would be great if
- You have experience with analytics, A/B tests, and product metrics.
- You have experience optimizing performance for low-end devices.
