You will take charge of product management for the Enterprise segment. The product is already operational and generating revenue, but some processes are still manual. Your task is to transform it from a set of features into a complete solution for large clients and to automate what is currently done manually.
Fortis is a fintech startup in the UAE creating an ecosystem of business management services.
Responsibilities
Own the Product
- Be responsible for the Master Dashboard in its entirety: vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and solution economics.
- Develop the management of merchant networks for Enterprise accounts: onboarding, configurations, access rights, settings.
- Automate manual processes: transform reports and exports into self-service features within the client's portal.
- Calculate the impact of solutions on revenue and company costs.
Work with Large Clients
- Support presales from a product perspective: understand client requests, assess feasibility, define solutions and scope of work.
- Uncover the real needs behind client requests and propose solutions that address them faster and more cost-effectively.
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines with clients and deliver projects to release.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, including through in-person meetings.
Execute Quickly
- Work in close collaboration with a full-stack engineer: formulate requirements and manage tasks from idea to production in days.
- Utilize AI agents in product work โ from requirements to prototypes.
- Negotiate with related teams for enhancements needed by corporate clients.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- 3+ years in a product role (Product Owner / Product Manager) in B2B, with experience specifically with corporate clients.
- Experience in a company that builds products for corporations: fintech, payments, retail tech, enterprise SaaS.
- Experience in delivering a solution for a large client's request from idea to release โ with deadline commitments.
- Practical experience with AI agents and LLM tools in product management.
- Ability to calculate solution economics: both revenue and costs.
- English Advanced (C1).
Soft Skills
- Ability to identify decision-makers in corporations and engage them in conversation.
- Strong oral communication skills: comfortable in meetings, presentations, and informal communication.
- Independence: bring your expertise, don't wait to be brought up to speed.
- Product mindset: don't start working on a request until you understand the underlying task.
Nice-to-have
- Payments, acquiring, POS systems, fiscalization, retail analytics.
- Multi-tenant platforms, master dashboards, billing, and commission calculation.
- Experience in the GCC / MENA market.
- Participation in presales and preparation of commercial proposals.
- Russian language.
