🚀 Seeking a Product Manager in Wealth Management / Premium Banking (UAE)

In this role, you will: • Develop product positioning and economics in international markets in accordance with the approved strategy. • Develop product and pricing models. • Launch new fintech products and identify growth points. • Develop product "packaging". • Conduct market, competitor, and customer needs research. • Create CJMs. • Gather and prioritize product requirements. • Test hypotheses. Conduct product validation. • Analyze key product metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Formulate proposals based on conducted analysis. • Manage the backlog and plan product releases. • Launch new features and evaluate their effectiveness. • Interact with the development team.

We expect: • Successful experience in developing fintech products and digital services in the premium and HNWI segments. • Understanding of the business domain: FinTech, banking, investments, etc. • Solid understanding of digital product development and promotion processes. • Understanding of the product lifecycle. • Skills in working with product metrics and analytics. • Ability to make decisions based on data and user research. • Market research and competitor analysis skills. • Customer needs analysis. • Skills in formulating proposals based on conducted analysis. • CJM formulation skills. • English language proficiency – Upper-intermediate and above. • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with cross-functional teams.
