We are looking for a Creative Designer who can quickly create video creatives for gaming projects and actively uses modern AI tools in their work.
— Quickly assemble video creatives from gameplay, art, and UI; — Generate ideas for TikTok/Reels/Shorts; — Create strong hooks and creative variations (A/B tests); — Work with AI (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT) to speed up processes.
What we expect: ✅ Experience in game advertising (portfolio required); ✅ Fluent in After Effects (animation, effects, text); ✅ Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; ✅ Understanding of metrics: attention retention, CTA, dynamics; ✅ Good eye and knowledge of social media trends; ✅ Speed, self-organization, and readiness for edits.
Conditions: 📍 Office in Gomel. 💰 Salary: 800 – 1000 $ (based on interview results). 📅 Full-time employment.
