Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of the internal corporate integration platform based on Apache Kafka and additional .NET (Core) services;
- Manage the platform's technical team (3 people);
- Formulate the technical backlog of tasks, prioritize, and manage their timely completion with due quality;
- Ensure effective communication with platform stakeholders (heads of the company's IT solutions);
- Ensure the performance and fault tolerance of the integration platform, develop solutions architecture and infrastructure;
- Agree and fulfill the SLA for the integration platform;
- Manage the integration platform budget;
- Manage vulnerabilities and risks of the integration platform in the area of information security, organize and control work on their elimination;
- Configure and manage technical monitoring of the integration platform;
- Prepare presentations on the integration platform development for users and management.
Requirements:
- From 3 years of experience as an IT project, platform, or team lead;
- Understanding of principles and relevant experience with corporate data buses, message brokers, Web services and REST API, Redis;
- Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Apache Kafka, understanding the clustering landscape of Apache Kafka;
- Understanding and experience implementing REST API services;
- Experience with Active Directory, understanding the LDAP(S) protocol;
- Experience with XML, JSON data formats;
- From 3 years of experience with .NET (Core) – understanding code, basic constructs, OOP principles, design patterns, developer background is desirable;
- Experience with web servers – Nginx, IIS, Tomcat;
- Experience with Windows and Unix OS (RedHat, Ubuntu), understanding OS principles, knowledge of basic PowerShell and Bash commands;
- Understanding of load balancing principles for services, experience with HAProxy or other balancing tools;
- Experience configuring technical monitoring of industrial systems, working with Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK, and Grafana;
- Experience with industrial DBMS, preferably PostgreSQL. Understanding of DBMS access control principles, organization of fault tolerance and replication. Writing medium complexity queries (JOIN, CTE)
