About Us__ __We are Aurora Labs, a full-cycle international AI studio. We create and develop large-scale technological projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Web3 infrastructure for investors and the B2B market.

We are currently scaling rapidly and are looking for a strong Content Lead Manager (Head of Content) who deeply understands Western digital culture and is ready to lead our content machine: from the first publication to building a full-fledged internal editorial team.

▪️What you will do: ▫️Launch from scratch and build a unified content strategy for the main key channels: Instagram, Telegram, Twitter (X), YouTube. ▫️Develop a unique media image and Tone of Voice (ToV) that permeates all key channels and content strategies for each platform. ▫️Manage the visual team: set tasks and control the quality of the team's work: company speakers, designers, editors, content creators. ▫️Scriptwriting mastery: write strong, persuasive scripts and speeches in English for our speakers. ▫️Scaling: interact with the hiring department, select and onboard assistants/content creators as paid traffic and integrations grow. ▫️Community management: moderate comments / respond to comments and DMs.

▪️Our ideal candidate: ▫️Creative and with high awareness: able to find non-standard, viral formats for presenting complex technical topics (hardware, data centers). Knows how to turn dry news from the world of AI infrastructure into engaging content that is watched until the end, while maintaining the brand's authority and premium status. ▫️Fluent English. All content, scripts, and communication with speakers are conducted exclusively in English. ▫️Experience as a Content Lead / Head of Content / Lead Scriptwriter in Tech, AI, Web3, or international media. ▫️Ability to write engaging scripts and adapt the same meaning for different formats (from a concise tweet or captivating reel to a 5-minute expert video). ▫️High level of autonomy: you can organize processes from a "blank slate" and don't wait for ready-made solutions. ▫️Strong portfolio with examples of text and video content (cases where you wrote scripts for speakers will be a huge plus).
