At Tinkers, we create mobile applications and web services. Initially, a tinker is a craftsman who fixes and improves things. This approach resonates with us. We launch and develop our own products that solve real problems and make users' lives easier.

Our main products: Norca VPN — one of the largest VPN applications on iOS and macOS for accessing Russian services, and Postme — a planner for Instagram that helps plan content.

We have a small team, so everyone's contribution is truly noticeable. Team members work from different countries. We strive to maintain a startup approach: we don't have a large number of meetings and approvals. Therefore, it's important for you to be comfortable working in an environment without rigid regulations. Each team member is an expert in their field and develops it at the company level.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a product designer with over two years of experience in interface design. Ideally, you have worked in a product company. In this role, you will conduct research, test hypotheses, work with metrics, and, of course, design product interfaces. The main focus is on product design and interfaces, but it's important to be multidisciplinary, as the tasks will be diverse.

You will be able to participate in launching completely different applications from scratch, including those related to AI. One of the upcoming key tasks is to participate in launching the MVP of a new web version of a product for generating design and content using AI.

• You have good English, Intermediate (B1) level or higher.

Working conditions

• Fully remote format. You can work from any country.
• Direct work with the founder.
• Open, equal communication and a team passionate about their work.
