🔥 We are looking for: Reddit & Community Marketing Specialist (Adult AI + AI Social)

We have several AI platforms — adult companion and AI character & social directions. We are looking for someone who will make Reddit and other community platforms key traffic channels for all projects.

🎯 What to do: • Strategy for presence on Reddit and in other communities (Discord, X/Twitter, thematic forums, 4chan-like boards, niche platforms) — subreddits/servers/threads, formats, tone • Growth and warming up of an account pool (karma, reputation, bypassing shadowbans) • Posting in NSFW subreddits and communities — teasers, GIFs, deep-links to characters • Promotion in AI / character AI / creator-economy communities • Work and development of own Discord servers and channels: moderation, warming up, engagement, audience retention • Partnerships with admins/moderators of third-party servers and subreddits, native integrations • A/B testing of headlines and CTAs, reporting: traffic → registrations → paying users

✅ What is important: • 1+ year of experience in promoting adult / NSFW products on Reddit and/or in Discord communities (with verifiable results) • Deep understanding of Reddit, Discord rules, and unspoken rules of individual subreddits/servers • Experience working with an account pool, proxies, warming up • Understanding of community management: how to grow and retain an audience, not just spam • Confident with metrics: CTR, CR to registration, CR to paying • English B2+ — posts and communication should sound like they are from a "native" to the audience • Independence: we provide goals and budget, we expect results
