We are looking for an engineer, a Full Stack Developer for whom Claude Code is a working environment. Someone who builds quickly with AI, but doesn't stop thinking, verifying, and taking responsibility for the consequences of AI-coding.

About the product

We are developing SilentRoom — a text AI environment for authors. An "exoskeleton for the author": a cognitive enhancer. The target audience includes fiction and non-fiction writers, copywriters, technical writers, researchers and thesis students, editors, journalists, translators, bloggers, screenwriters.

Inside: hierarchy of materials with instant access to any file, choice of top models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi), a library of editable prompts, an AI layer with context and retrieval, a Tiptap editor, and the Chrome extension Echo.

Stack: React 18, TypeScript, MobX, Tiptap, Python 3.11, FastAPI, Pydantic, Supabase, Chroma.

Two questions before applying

1. Is Claude your primary work tool, or do you open it on par with other AIs (Antigravity, etc.)?
2. Can you start working the day after the interview?

If the answer to any question is "no" or "I don't know" — we likely won't be a good fit. We need a Claude expert, and we need them "tomorrow".

What needs to be done

• Master the product entirely: from the interface to the backend.
• Build features end-to-end: React/MobX → FastAPI/Pydantic → Supabase
• Define contracts between layers and know where to implement checks
• Develop the Tiptap editor and be responsible for states, serialization, selection, undo/redo, and edge cases
• Work with prompts, context, retrieval, and Chroma
• Build CLAUDE.md, skills.
• Review AI-generated PRs of 3–5 thousand lines quickly and systematically, not by reading them sequentially
• Find defects behind green tests
• Analyze bugs that AI doesn't reach or that it confidently "fixes" incorrectly

Make technical decisions and be responsible for the outcome. Your manager is a Staff Full Stack + AI Engineer; you will be working closely with them every day. We are at the launch stage, and we need an expert, not someone who will figure things out on the go.

What we are NOT looking for

Those for whom AI is autocompletion. Those who cannot write a complex part of the system without AI. "Vibe coders" who don't understand what's under the generated code. Those who need a week to get acquainted with the project before delivering the first result. Those who need more than 24 hours to start.

Conditions

• Full-time.
• From $3500/month, further — based on level and impact.
• English B1+: ability to read and write technical documentation.
