CTO at IT company X-Labs (in Belarus)

An IT company X-Labs is looking for a CTO.

They are not looking for a classic Enterprise CTO accustomed to managing processes in a ready-made system. This role is about building from scratch. They are building an AI platform for architecture, BIM, and construction. The core of the product is artificial intelligence. And they need a technical leader who not only “has heard of neural networks” but deeply understands how they work from the inside.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have real experience launching technically complex products from scratch
• You know how to design architectures where AI is not an add-on but the core of the system
• LLM, computer vision, generative models are your working tools
• You speak equally well in the language of business and the language of engineering
• Uncertainty does not scare you — it energizes you

If you have built complex AI systems and want to create something truly significant for the architectural industry — you are welcome to join the team.
