Backend Engineer / ML Infrastructure Engineer

Freedom AI Labs is looking for a Backend Engineer / ML Infrastructure Engineer | full-time | office | Almaty

What you will do: – Build backend and infrastructure for AI products – Integrate ML models into production services – Develop API and internal platform tools – Work with inference pipeline for TTS/STT/S2S/NLP – Design scalable architecture for high-load – Improve reliability, observability, and uptime – Automate ML delivery and deployment – Collaborate with ML Research and Product teams

What is important: – Backend development experience of 3+ years – Go (Golang) is the primary language – Experience with production backend systems – Understanding of distributed systems – Experience with ML infrastructure or AI products will be a big plus – Ability to move fast in a fast-paced environment – Ownership and engineering mindset – Interest in an AI-native approach
