What you will do: 📊 Manage the company's analytical direction 📊 Set tasks for the analytics team and monitor their completion 📊 Analyze key business indicators 📊 Prepare reports for management 📊 Identify growth points and opportunities for process optimization 📊 Interact with marketing, risk, recovery, and product teams

What is important to us: ✔️ At least 1 year of experience in analytics ✔️ Experience in FinTech, MFI, or banking will be an advantage ✔️ Advanced Excel ✔️ Solid knowledge of SQL ✔️ Experience working with large datasets ✔️ Management skills or readiness to develop in this direction ✔️ Analytical thinking and proactive approach
