Intch is a product company in the future of work category. We help specialists worldwide find part-time, fractional, and full-time opportunities through a platform profile and built-in vacancies.
The product is actively developing, with several new directions emerging, and we are now looking for a second designer to help handle the growing volume of tasks and accelerate delivery.
Work Format
- Part-time: ~20 hours per week (80 hours per month)
- Fully remote work
- Flexible schedule
- Time zone: ±1–2 hours from GMT+3
- Compensation for vacations, sick leaves, and day-offs
Salary

Responsibilities
- Designing and developing product scenarios (web, mobile web, mobile app)
- Working with onboarding, paywalls, profile flows, discovery, and other core scenarios
- Improving existing solutions and launching new features
- Preparing designs for development: screens, states, logic, comments
- Interacting with development and participating in implementation (design QA)
- Maintaining interface consistency across platforms
- Participating in reducing design debt and developing the design system
- Working closely with product, development, and another designer
Requirements
- Experience in product UX/UI design of digital products (mandatory! experience within product, not agencies)
- Ability to design practical solutions, not just concepts
- Experience in handing off designs for development and supporting implementation
- Understanding of product scenarios: onboarding, conversion flows, paywalls, profile flows
- Experience working with web and mobile
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and limitations
- Skill in justifying decisions through tasks, users, and context
- English at a level sufficient for working with interfaces and product communication
- Portfolio with real products (released!)
- Willingness to confirm work experience through NDAs/recommendations from previous employers
Will be an advantage
- Experience in subscription products
- Experience in HRTech, EdTech, FinTech
- Working with multi-platform products
- Participation in the development of design systems
- Experience in user research and A/B testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for interaction with development

Important
- This is a hands-on role as the second designer on the team
- Lots of practical work and fast sprints
- The main focus is not on visual polish, but on UX/UI for a live product
- Impact on product metrics is important: activation, conversion, retention
