Hello! My name is Alexander. I represent the Top Selection group of companies. We are involved in product development and attracting specialists for project work for the Russian market. We are currently looking for an SAP WMS Consultant in the metallurgy sector.

✅Mandatory:

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP WMS;
• Basic knowledge of logistics modules MM/SD;
• Experience in full-cycle SAP WMS implementation projects;
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies;
• Knowledge of SAP WMS functionality;
• Knowledge of UI5 and FIORI concepts and understanding of how to create Z-tiles (custom FIORI tile development);
• Skills in working with standard and custom applications for Data Collection Terminals;
• Skills in configuring roles and authorizations;
• Skills in debugging standard and Z code;
• Knowledge of integration methods with other systems (including non-SAP): RFC, SOAP, REST, IDoc, OData, PI;
• Experience in writing technical documentation: as-is/to-be process diagrams, design solutions, configuration protocols, functional specifications, test protocols, user instructions, support team instructions;
• Ability to conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis;
• Ability to conduct presentations/demos adapted to the audience;
• Skills in conducting user testing and user training;
• Confident communication at the level of heads of departments, product owners;
• Ability to de-escalate conflict/disputed situations: focus on solutions instead of excuses;
• Experience in defending project solutions to clients;
• Managing client expectations;
• Good communication skills;
• Business correspondence skills;
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Responsibility for results.

➕Desirable:
