Location: strictly Russian Federation! Format: full-time, remote, MSK±2 hrs Engagement Period: 6 months – 1 year Industry: Mining Company: Top Selection Employment Type: Individual Entrepreneur only Salary: 305-320 k RUB/month gross

📌 Requirements: Mandatory: • SAP WMS • MM/SD • UI5 • FIORI • Data Collection Terminals • Z code • RFC • SOAP • REST • IDoc • OData • as-is/to-be • fit-gap

1. General Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP WMS. • Basic knowledge of MM/SD logistics modules. • Experience in full-cycle SAP WMS implementation projects. • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

2. Technical Knowledge • Knowledge of SAP WMS functionality. • Knowledge of UI5 and FIORI concepts and understanding of the principles for creating z-tiles (custom FIORI tile development). • Skills in working with standard and custom applications for Data Collection Terminals. • Skills in configuring roles and authorizations. • Skills in debugging standard and Z code. • Knowledge of integration methods with other systems (including non-SAP): RFC, SOAP, REST, IDoc, OData, PI. • Experience in writing technical documentation: As-is/To-be process diagrams, design solutions, configuration protocols, functional specifications, testing protocols, user manuals, support team instructions.

3. Customer Interaction • Ability to conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis. • Ability to conduct presentations/demos adapted to the audience. • Skills in conducting user acceptance testing and user training. • Confident communication at the level of department heads, product owners. • Ability to resolve conflicts/disputes: focus on solutions rather than excuses. • Experience in defending project solutions to clients. • Managing client expectations.
