Position: SAP Analyst Salary Range: 250-280k gross Work Format: Remote within RF
Requirements Mandatory: -Experience implementing large SAP HCM projects in an external (preferably) or internal team, from 3 projects. -Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HCM. -Experience specifically with SAP PA, SAP OM, SAP PT modules is important. -Experience with SAP HCM authorization setup. -Experience using the debug mode to localize the causes of errors in implemented solutions. -Extensive experience in preparing development specifications for ABAP programmers. -Experience in configuring Workflows in SAP HCM. -Proficient user of MS Excel, using it for analysis of large data arrays.
Responsibilities -Analysis of processes to identify areas for optimization and automation. -Participation in the formation and prioritization of the team's task list. -Assigning tasks to the developer. -Performing configurations in SAP HCM. -Participation in testing completed changes. -Handling defects for the team's functionality (3rd line support).
