📌Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced SAP HR ABAP and SAP CPI consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to design, develop, and support HR solutions and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP development within the SAP HCM/Payroll environment, ECP integrations, and working with SAP CPI, especially in B2B integrations and integrations with third-party payroll systems.;

🔺Requirements:

• English — B2 and above (interview in English).
• Development and modification of ABAP objects for HR and payroll, including: Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Active work with integrations and payroll processes in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Support for B2B integrations for payroll, processing bank files, and interfaces for statistical reporting.
• Development and support of BAPI, BADI, User Exits, RFC, and IDoc related to HR and payroll.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to payroll and ensuring data consistency between ECP and SAP systems.
• SAP CPI (Integration Suite):
• Design and development of iFlow for HR and payroll integrations.
• Integration of ECP, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and third-party vendor/bank systems for payroll.
• Working with adapters such as SFTP, HTTP, OData, SOAP, IDoc, and RFC.
• Implementation of message mappings, writing Groovy scripts, and exception handling.
• Monitoring and support of payroll interface processing to ensure timely and accurate data transfer.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR / HCM ABAP development.
• Proven experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
• Experience in B2B integrations and bank integrations for payroll.
• Good understanding of HR infotypes and payroll data structures.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
