SAP HR ABAP & CPI Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP & SAP CPI Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to design, develop, and support HR solutions and integrations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP HCM/Payroll ABAP development, ECP integrations, and SAP CPI, particularly in payroll-related B2B and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HR / ECP ABAP
- Develop and enhance Payroll and HR ABAP objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms.
- Work extensively on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integrations and payroll processes.
- Support Payroll B2B integrations, bank file processing, and statutory reporting interfaces.
- Develop and maintain BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, RFCs, and IDocs related to HR and payroll.
- Troubleshoot payroll-related technical issues and ensure data consistency between ECP and SAP systems.
SAP CPI (Integration Suite)
- Design and develop iFlows for HR and Payroll integrations.
- Integrate ECP, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and third-party payroll vendors/banks.
- Work with adapters such as SFTP, HTTP, OData, SOAP, IDoc, and RFC.
- Implement message mappings, Groovy scripts, and exception handling.
- Monitor and support payroll interface processing to ensure timely and accurate data transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR / HCM ABAP.
- Proven experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- Experience in Payroll B2B and bank integrations.
- Good understanding of HR infotypes and payroll data structures.
