🚀 SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - EU only
Andersen Lab is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our international team and help enterprise clients transform their HR processes with modern SAP solutions.

What you will do:
- Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Work with modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Analyze HR and business requirements and turn them into effective SAP solutions.
- Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
- Support integrations using SAP Integration Suite, OData APIs, and other middleware tools.
- Participate in implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Support testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production issues.
- Contribute to S/4HANA transformation and HR IT initiatives.
- Ensure solutions follow GDPR and local EU labor regulations.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (functional or techno-functional)
- Experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules — Employee Central is a strong advantage
- Understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and data model
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA enterprise environments
- Knowledge of integrations, OData APIs, SAP Integration Suite, REST, XML, and JSON
- Basic understanding of SAP security, roles, and RBP
- Experience with testing, deployments, and production support
- Strong analytical and communication skills
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
German: Intermediate+ (B1+) or higher
