Employer: Dinord - an accredited IT company providing a range of IT services and solutions: infrastructure capacity and cloud service rental, business solutions and applications on the SAP and 1C platforms, Directum.
Payment: 25K-30K rub per day
Requirements:
- experience in designing integration APIs for connection with the frontend (React);
- participation in at least 2–3 full implementation cycles of solutions or experience with at least 3–5 clients in recruitment processes based on SAP HCM: from requirement gathering and design to Go-Live;
- understanding of on-premise landscape architecture: SAP ECC and interaction with external frontend via OData services: data models, integration APIs;
- knowledge of recruitment processes;
- experience with standard SAP HCM configuration (RC, PA, OM on-premise);
Responsibilities:
- design and development of recruitment processes in SAP HCM (RC, PA, OM on-premise);
- design of integration interaction between SAP HCM and external frontend solutions (React);
- preparation and approval of functional and technical specifications;
- expert support for solution implementation and deployment;
Conditions:
- remote work, civil law contract (with sole proprietor/self-employed/individual);
- engagement period - 2 months (November-December 2026) at 100%;
- with potential engagement not at 100% in 2027;
