Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Media Buying who will be responsible for managing a team of media buyers, scaling traffic for an in-house product, and achieving customer acquisition targets.

We need more than just a strong buyer — we’re looking for someone who can build a complete performance system: team management, funnels, analytics, creatives, technical infrastructure, traffic quality control, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the media buying team;
• Set tasks, monitor KPIs, and develop team performance;
• Organize and scale traffic acquisition for the in-house product;
• Achieve customer acquisition / loan issuance targets;
• Work with advertising platforms: Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads;
• Develop, test, and optimize advertising funnels and bundles;
• Generate and validate new hypotheses, approaches, creatives, and funnels;
• Monitor campaign performance based on CPA, CAC, CR, approve rate, loan issuance volume, and traffic quality;
• Scale profitable campaigns and pause underperforming ones;
• Set up and control analytics across the entire funnel;
• Ensure correct event tracking and data transfer to Meta, Google, and internal analytics systems;
• Work with PWA apps, APK apps, and Android / iOS traffic;
• Collaborate with analytics, product, development, and performance teams;
• Manage advertising infrastructure: accounts, domains, trackers, apps, landing pages, and pre-landers.
