What you will do:

• Generate ideas and mechanics for advertising campaigns, write lines for banners
• Develop mechanics for creative quizzes and playable ads
• Develop standards and guidelines for texts
• Implement new tools and approaches in work (including AI-based)
• Write texts: ads for contextual and targeted advertising, posts for seeding (VK, Telegram), articles, newsletters
• Create scripts and voice-overs (GZK) for videos (UGC, OLV)
• Prepare expert and PR materials, case studies for agency blogs and industry platforms (Cossa, Sostav, VC)
• Adapt texts for different target audience segments, prepare variants for A/B tests with emotional and rational approaches
• Edit the work of junior colleagues

We expect you to have:

• Experience in advertising/agency of 4+ years
• Portfolio with not only texts, but also concepts and lines
• Ability to write simply, clearly and without clichés; high literacy
• Understanding of performance and brandformance marketing, ability to adapt texts for different target audiences
• Visual thinking: connection between text and visuals
• Confident work with neural networks, readiness to implement new things into team processes
