We are looking for Junior+ / beginner Middle developers for two teams: the Emex marketplace and WMS — a warehouse management system. We value hunger for development, involvement, and the desire to bring things to completion more than the number of years on your resume. We are ready to train: we will help you understand the system, master missing technologies, and gradually take on more complex tasks. From you, we need basic programming skills, curiosity, and a willingness to actively engage in work.

What we are developing Marketplace — the storefront, seller's cabinet, and internal tools. Here your code helps users find products, place orders, and work with supplies. WMS — a system and mobile application for warehouse employees: from placement and picking to returns and shipping. The result can be seen directly on the site. In both teams, the connection is simple: write → implement → person uses → see the result → improve. What we will do — develop the product, understand the existing code, and gradually transition to a new architecture; — work with backend, frontend, and databases; — find the causes of real problems and fix them; — propose your improvements and bring them to a working result; — use AI as a daily development tool — for studying code, finding solutions, and speeding up work, with mandatory result verification.

Who we are looking for It would be great if you: — already know how to program and want to grow further; — love to understand why something works the way it does; — are ready to study unfamiliar code, seek answers, and ask questions; — get involved in the task: propose, try, check the results; — want to gradually take on more responsibility for the result.

For the marketplace team, we need foundations in C# / .NET and SQL. Don't know the full stack? That's okay. We will teach you and help you understand — your desire to learn and apply new things is important. Work format Office / hybrid in Dzerzhinsk For WMS, it's important to regularly visit the site in Dzerzhinsk: at the start, approximately 3-4 days a week, then part of the work will be remote. It's especially convenient if you live in Kotelniki or Dzerzhinsk.

For the marketplace, it's hybrid, and at the start, we work more closely together to immerse ourselves in the product.
