Remote, B2B (Individual Entrepreneur, outside of Russia and Belarus)

We are developing and supporting a large American project with high load and mature engineering processes. We have 2 development teams, a QA team, and a Maintenance team on our side, and we are looking for a strong engineer to join the latter.

We are looking for a Support / Fullstack Engineer to pair with another developer for backup and autonomous task completion. Processes are built on Servant Leadership principles – transparent, without chaos, micromanagement, or firefighting.

What you will do:

• Handle incidents in the client's environments and directly participate in working sessions with their technical team
• Bug fixing, deep application and SQL query optimization
• Infrastructure support and development (DevOps)
• Active implementation and use of AI tooling in daily engineering tasks

What is important:

• Strong engineering foundation: solid understanding of backend and frontend (it's not necessary to know the entire stack in depth – we will help bridge the gaps, the main thing is proactivity and speed of learning)
• English language: B2 level (conversational) – regular calls and direct communication with the American side
• Russian language: conversational, the team is Russian-speaking
• Schedule and availability: flexible working day with 3–5 hours overlap with MSK. Willingness to connect to meetings during Pacific Time (PST, 2–4 times a week), occasional weekend connections for critical incidents

Qualities: high autonomy, neuroplasticity, readiness for mutual assistance with team colleagues

Stack: C# (.NET 10), MS SQL (2017/2022), Angular (v22, Nx, Kendo UI 25), GitLab, Docker, AI tooling (GPT, Claude Code, Codex).

💶 Compensation: $3,000 – $5,000+ gross/month - before taxes. The range is discussed individually based on the candidate's level.
