The Payroll Projects Department team is planning to expand its staff in Q1 2026 and is looking for a Manager.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- implement action plans to actively attract and retain legal entities to payroll projects
- build relationships with clients for the purpose of selling additional products
- perform post-sales service and support for businesses
- coordinate work on activating previously concluded payroll agreements
- interact with related bank departments
- prepare reports and develop analytical materials.
Requirements
We expect you to be:
- a specialist with a higher education degree (in finance/banking, economics/accounting)
- ready for travel-based work (corporate transport is not provided)
- experienced in sales (experience in B2B client acquisition or development will be an advantage)
- able to create presentation materials
- experienced in public speaking and negotiations with company managers and top executives
- a confident user of MS Office
- willing to use AI in daily work (we provide company-funded training — we have our own courses).
