Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- implement plans of activities for actively attracting and retaining legal entities to payroll projects
- build relationships with clients to sell additional products
- provide post-sales service and support for companies
- coordinate work on activating previously concluded payroll contracts
- interact with related bank departments
- generate reports and prepare analytical materials.
Requirements
We expect you to be:
- a specialist with a higher education (in finance/banking, economics/accounting)
- ready for a traveling work nature (corporate transportation is not provided)
- experienced in sales (an advantage: B2B client acquisition or development)
- able to create presentation materials
- experienced in public speaking and negotiations with managers and top executives of companies
- a confident MS Office user
- ready to use AI in daily work (we provide company-funded training — we have our own courses).
