Responsibilities: • Audit and restructuring of creative processes • Team management and development • Building a system for production and testing of creatives • Linking creatives to business metrics • Development and implementation of creative strategy • Interaction with the media buying team

Requirements: • Experience as Creative Director / Head of Creative for 2+ years • Experience in Facebook Ads production for 2+ years • 5+ years in performance marketing or arbitrage • Experience implementing AI in creative processes • Team management of 10+ people • Process building and optimization skills
