Full-stack Analyst
Level: Senior
Responsibilities
- Development of technical and specific technical documentation (TZ/ChTZ): creation of detailed specifications, including attribute composition, validation logic, field mapping. Documentation is used as legal project support.
- Technical Gap Analysis: independent hypothesis testing by writing SQL queries to the database before assigning tasks to developers. Identifying data issues at early stages.
- Scope Defense: identifying customer requirements that go beyond the approved budget and processing change requests.
- Functional Acceptance: verifying implemented functionality against specific technical requirements (ChTZ) before demonstrating to the customer.
Description of vacancy requirements (Hard skills) mandatory
- Skills in working with SQL at the reading and analysis level: ability to write SELECT queries with JOIN, understand existing stored procedures.
- Experience and strong skills in technical documentation: writing TZ according to GOST 34, PMI, specifications for API and file exchange. Experience only with User Stories is not sufficient.
- Understanding of integration principles and technologies: file exchange, database interaction (DB-to-DB), REST/SOAP protocols, XML/JSON formats.
- Understanding of database structure and ability to work with XML for writing realistic technical specifications.
Description of vacancy requirements (Hard skills) desirable
- Work experience in areas: Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Electronic Document Management (EDM), archives.
- Work experience with legacy systems, for example, on Delphi, MS SQL Server.
Soft skills requirements
- Ability to defend one's position with arguments and say "No" to the customer or developer when necessary.
- Result-oriented and responsible for defending project scope.
- Analytical mindset and independence in hypothesis testing.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in working with documentation.
List of mandatory technology knowledge
SQL, T-SQL, Databases, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, API, GOST 34, PMI, file exchange, DB-to-DB.
List of desirable technology knowledge
OCR, Electronic Document Management (EDM), Archives, Delphi, MS SQL Server, Legacy systems.
