Due to the active development of the agroholding, we are looking for a Web Designer

What you will be doing:
- Developing designs for websites, landing pages, promo pages, and individual digital materials, including promotional banners, product cards, e-mail newsletters, etc.
- Preparing design layouts in Figma with a clear structure, components, and adaptive versions.
- Working with UI-kits, design systems, or developing them from scratch
- Preparing layouts for handover to development
- Interacting with marketing, developers, copywriters, and the project team
- Analyzing references, trends, competitive environment, and user experience
- Controlling the visual quality of the project at all stages of implementation
Key requirements:
- Web designer work experience of 2+ years
- Proficient in Figma. Understanding of Adobe XD, also proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles, composition, typography, grids, and adaptability
- Ability to create modern, clean, and functional interfaces
- Experience in designing landing pages, corporate websites, promo pages, or e-commerce projects
- Understanding of web development logic and limitations
- Ability to justify design decisions and work with feedback
- Attention to detail
- Good visual taste, broad exposure, ability to analyze and adapt trends
- Independence and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and defend design solutions
- Willingness to offer ideas, not just fulfill technical specifications
Will be a plus:
- Experience with branding and identity design
- Skills in interface animation, prototyping, or motion design
- Experience with Tilda, Webflow, or other zero-code tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and advertising landing pages
- Experience with neural networks for generating visuals, mood boards, and concepts
