Requirements: Critical: MLOps, DevOps; Docker, Kubernetes (K8s). CI/CD for ML (training and deployment pipelines). MLOps tools: MLflow, ClearML, Kubeflow, DVC. LLM and Agentic AI (critical). Understanding and experience with frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex; support for Multi-Agent and Autonomous Agents. Knowledge of RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, Tool Use; working with LLM provider APIs (OpenAI and similar). Orchestration and observability: Apache Airflow; monitoring ML systems (model quality, data drift, latency, throughput). Plus: LLM inference optimization (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Ollama). Additionally: Python for automation and custom Airflow operators; vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector) and their operation.
