We are looking for a lead DevSecOps/MLOps engineer to implement AI and digital transformation. The role combines technical expertise, architecture, and business analysis: you will design infrastructure for AI/ML and RAG services, build DevSecOps practices, and integrate AI solutions with corporate systems.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps with a focus on IT and AI solutions, projects in industrial operation.
- Design of AI/ML/RAG infrastructure (LLM, vector databases, GPU inference, orchestration).
- CI/CD (Jenkins, K8s, Helm), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Linux, network segments (VLAN, DMZ).
- Monitoring and security: Prometheus/Grafana, SAST/DAST, Trivy, Vault; knowledge of 152-FZ, 187-FZ.
- Tools and stack: Python 3.10+, SQL, JS/TS, vLLM, Qdrant/Weaviate, Airflow, MLflow, Keycloak, Dify/LangGraph.
- Architectural skills: C4, UML, BPMN; integration with 1C, CRM, DWH, BI.
Will be a plus:
- Building DevSecOps from scratch or developing practices.
- MLOps/LLMOps: versioning, model quality monitoring.
- Clouds (Yandex Cloud, AWS, GCP), DevOps/Kubernetes/Information Security certificates.
Main Tasks:
- Design and support infrastructure (DataHub, AI/ML, RAG, chatbots, knowledge bases).
- Develop DevSecOps: CI/CD, IaC, secrets management, vulnerability control, audit.
- Configure build, test, and delivery pipelines in dev/test/preprod/prod.
- Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Gather business requirements, formulate technical specifications, and together with DE/DS/ML define the architecture of AI solutions.
- Integrate AI services with corporate systems.
