We are looking for a strong specialist in farming advertising accounts. We consider both experienced farmers and Team Leads with team management experience.

What's important: — 1+ year of farming experience — Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads — anti-detect browsers, proxies, and account infrastructure — domains, email, hosting, Cloudflare, DNS, SSL — experience with verifications and appeals — ability to find solutions in non-standard situations and test new approaches

For Team Leads additionally: team management, task assignment, quality control, process optimization, employee training, and scaling of work solutions.
