We build automations and AI solutions for clients predominantly from Europe and the USA. We do API integrations, build AI agents, and other systems that help clients automate processes. Main tools: Codex, Claude Code, Make, n8n, and various API integrations.
We are looking for a specialist who can manage projects independently: understand client tasks, design solutions, build automations, and bring them to a working result.
What's important:
— Good command of Codex/Cursor/Claude Code or similar AI tools for development and automation — Good knowledge of Make.com and/or n8n — Understanding of APIs, webhooks, SQL, and basic integration logic — Ability to translate vague client requests into a clear technical solution: identify real requirements, propose architecture, and choose the optimal implementation approach — Ability to design automation architecture, data structure, and system interaction — Ability to communicate with clients and explain technical solutions in an understandable language — Habit of testing and documenting your work — English at a level sufficient for reading documentation and corresponding with English-speaking clients
What you'll be doing:
— Developing automations for client tasks — Setting up integrations between services — Creating automations and AI agents — Designing solution architecture and selecting appropriate tools for the task — Communicating with clients on technical issues — Independently managing projects from task definition to delivery
Conditions:
— Payment for each project separately — Payment amount depends on the complexity and scope of the project — Fully remote work — Flexible workload — If the collaboration is successful, we are ready to discuss the role of a technical partner with a stake in the company and a share in the agency's revenue
