In this position, you will:
Project Management:
- Implementing projects for the construction and modernization of data center IT infrastructure — performing work in the client's best interest strictly in accordance with the approved architecture and current technical standards.
- Comprehensive product support at all stages of the lifecycle: planning → drafting technical specifications → implementation → operation → decommissioning, with constant quality control and customer requirements adherence.
Task Decomposition and Distribution:
- Developing a work plan and breaking it down into detailed tasks for architects, network engineers, data center engineers, storage engineers, and virtualization engineers.
- Assigning tasks to performers in Jira/JiraSM using a hierarchical structure and logical interdependencies between tasks.
- Defining priorities, deadlines, and dependencies, controlling task consistency across different engineering disciplines, and timely plan adjustments.
Process Knowledge and Support:
- Applying approved processes and ensuring their full compliance at every stage of work.
- Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimizing cross-team processes, preparing proposals for their improvement and automation.
- Monitoring process execution through dashboards and reports, timely informing management about deviations, and initiating corrective actions.
Technical Infrastructure Proficiency:
- Documenting infrastructure specifics for the assigned region and monitoring compliance with approved standards and architectural solutions.
- Conducting regular architecture reviews with engineering teams, identifying deviations, and agreeing on adjustments.

What we expect from the candidate:
- Higher technical education in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
- Confident technical English.
- At least 7 years of IT experience in engineering positions (or network administrator), including at least 5 years as an individual contributor and at least 2 years managing a team of 3 or more people.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge and experience with IaaS services.
- Knowledge in the field of data transmission network construction.
- As an advantage: a systemic view, experience in operating and implementing industrial solutions, skills in building public and private clouds, project management certification, experience with OpenStack.
