Team Lead | Facebook Traffic Processing | iGaming

We are looking for a Team Lead (schematic traffic) who can build traffic processing funnels from scratch, manage a team of chatters, and increase conversion to deposits. GEO — India 🇮🇳 🔥 Tasks: — Build a Facebook → Telegram → registration → FTD → redeposits funnel. — Independently set up Chatterfy: bots, auto-funnels, triggers, segmentation, and lead transfer to operators. — Integrate funnels with Keitaro/Binom, set up UTM, postbacks, Pixel/CAPI. — Develop warm-up and follow-up scripts for the Indian audience. — Hire, train, and manage a team of chatters, monitor dialogue quality. — Analyze CR, FTD cost, ROI, and redeposit share, conduct A/B tests. — Interact with media buying and improve lead processing quality. 🎯 What's important: — Confident command of Chatterfy and experience in building complex funnels. — Experience in iGaming and schematic approaches. — Experience managing a team of operators. — Knowledge of Keitaro/Binom, postbacks, UTM, and basic Pixel/CAPI. — Ability to work with analytics in Google Sheets/Excel. — Understanding of the Indian market and payment methods UPI, Paytm, PhonePe. — Independence, leadership qualities, and a data-driven approach. 💰 Conditions: — Fully remote. — Fixed $2,500 + KPI. 📩 Have relevant experience?
