Title: Wind Project Developer (all genders) Location: Seoul

Location: Seoul Workplace: Hybrid Employment: Full time KRRE BayWa r.e. Korea Co., Ltd. Core Responsibilities Support onshore wind project development from early stage to financial close. Conduct site screening, feasibility studies, and project assessments. Coordinate land securing, permitting, and stakeholder management. Manage external consultants and project partners. Support project acquisition / M&A review when required. Monitor project schedules, risks, and key milestones. Prepare reports and communicate with regional / global teams. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Good analytical and project coordination skills. Understanding of the renewable energy market in Korea. Ability to travel domestically and overseas as required. Preferred Experience in wind or other renewable energy project development. Experience with permitting, land securing, or infrastructure projects. Background in urban planning, civil, electrical, environmental engineering, or related fields. Experience with GIS or wind resource assessment tools. Business-level English communication skills.
