We’re scaling a major US-based horizontal e-commerce marketplace aimed at enterprise customers, with 10+ million SKUs from leading US retailers, and looking for PMs/POs for three domains: Data & Analytics, User Experience, Integrations & Seller Platform (a few may be combined, depending on background).
💡 Requirements:
- Based in LATAM or Europe, with full flexibility to align/overlap working hours with US timezones.
- Languages: preferably, fluency in Russian language (both written and spoken); must-have - fluency in English.
- Strong background in e-commerce marketplaces at meaningful scale, either B2C or B2B (Amazon, eBay, Zalando, Alibaba, Lazada, or equivalent), deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Ability to work independently, proactively mine for new opportunities, think strategically, and operate in a senior-level team where every contribution, or a lack of such, is highly visible.
- Strong communication skills: you “feel the room,” are vocal with well-reasoned opinions, and quickly fill gaps; preferably, able to communicate with VP/Group VP level directly.
💡Data & Analytics Domain
You will manage the data foundation, at a wide spectrum:
- Behavioral customer data (front-end tracking with Google Analytics and custom events, backend event collection, real-time data pipelines).
- Product Logical Data Model and Product Taxonomy (over 10 mln. SKU, a wealth of data modeling and governance problems to solve).
- Working with Search & Recommendations.
💡User Experience Domain
You will own end-to-end user journeys for both buyers and sellers on the marketplace.
This role demands excellent product intuition, seamless integration of new functionality into an existing experience, and a relentless focus on conversion, usability, and general “look and feel”.
💡Integrations & Seller Platform Domain
You will own the technical and operational integration layer that connects major US retailers to the marketplace.
This is a highly technical role focused on supply growth, catalog quality, and seller enablement at enterprise scale, owning:
- End-to-end integrations for Payments, ERP, inventory synchronization, order management.
- Technical integration architecture using modern standards (REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, batch processes), with strong focus on developing reusable integration frameworks for future expansion.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships the sellers.
