I am looking for two leaders for the Webbankir team:

Product Director — to form the product strategy, increase LTV, and develop new profit streams outside of PDL lending.

Customer Experience Director — to improve the customer journey, increase conversion (CR) and retention (RR).

We need leaders who:

• connect customer needs with business economics
• justify hypotheses and ideas with data
• deliver tasks to a measurable result
• foster an orange culture and are A-players
