Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgage
- sell banking products and services
- train clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash transactions: receiving, issuing, exchanging money.
Requirements
- have secondary education or higher
- are friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are willing to use artificial intelligence in daily work (training at the company's expense - we have our own courses).
