A full-service design studio — from branding and interfaces to promotional materials and web design. We are actively developing our video content capabilities: creating visual designs for YouTube channels on various topics. We are looking for a designer to strengthen this area. Experience is not required — we have a training process in place that allows you to reach a working level in a short period.
What you will be doing:
- Creating YouTube video thumbnails based on provided briefs — for different channels, topics, and audiences
- Working in a 1280×720 format: building compositions, choosing fonts, guiding viewer attention through color and accents
- Maintaining the visual logic of the channel — so the feed looks cohesive, not like a collection of random images
- Gradually taking on more responsibility: from executing according to technical specifications to developing your own visual concepts and direct client communication
Who we are looking for:
- Individuals without commercial experience — our training program covers everything, from basics to advanced techniques
- With a working computer or laptop and a stable internet connection
- Those who can meet deadlines and handle feedback constructively — it's essential in a studio environment
- Focused on developing a career in design, not just a side hustle
- Available on Telegram — our primary work messenger
What will give you an edge:
- Any experience with graphic editors — Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, even Canva
- Creative flexibility: an interest in trying different styles rather than sticking to one template
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks — one day a brief for a children's channel, the next for a business topic
- Viewing YouTube thumbnails not as a viewer, but as a designer: noticing techniques, analyzing others' solutions
- Any kind of work — educational, personal, experimental
What you will get:
- Fully remote format — no office or location dependency
- Training provided by the studio: design fundamentals plus working with neural networks that eliminate routine tasks and speed up production
- A personal mentor who guides you — reviews your work, provides direction, and helps you grow
- An open atmosphere: where asking questions, debating, and experimenting are encouraged
