MIXIT is looking for a Director of Planning and Supply Chain Management 🚀
This is a role for a leader who can build a unified planning system — from demand forecasting and needs assessment to production, inventory management, product distribution, and service level control.
The scope of responsibility includes the end-to-end planning process for marketplaces, federal retail chains, and other sales channels.
What you will do:
- Lead the planning department and develop a unified Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management system;
- Organize a regular S&OP cycle: Demand Review, Supply Review, scenario modeling, and business decision preparation;
- Be responsible for demand forecasting by SKU, channels, and key clients — taking into account seasonality, promotions, marketing activities, price changes, and new product launches;
- Translate the demand forecast into production, procurement, and supply plans, balancing needs with available capacity and resources;
- Manage inventory: setting norms, safety stock, turnover, shortages, surpluses, and write-off risks;
- Manage the distribution of available products among marketplaces, federal chains, and other channels, considering commercial priorities and the risk of lost sales;
- Be responsible for customer service and indicators such as OTIF, Fill Rate, Service Level;
- Develop analytics, BI, and automation for planning processes, reducing reliance on manual calculations;
- Build effective interaction between the commercial department, marketing, production, procurement, and logistics.
What is important:
- 5+ years of management experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Supply Planning;
- Experience in a large FMCG, Beauty, Pharma, Food, or other company with a complex assortment;
- Practical experience managing demand forecasting and inventory for a large number of SKUs (700+);
- Experience building or developing S&OP;
- Experience with own production and a complex supply chain will be a significant advantage;
- Experience working with marketplaces and/or federal retail chains;
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and statistical forecasting;
- Advanced Excel, experience with BI and ERP; knowledge of 1C ERP will be an advantage;
- Systems thinking and the ability to see the supply chain end-to-end;
- Ability to balance service level, inventory, and operational efficiency;
- Strong cross-functional interaction and team management skills.
In this role, it is important not just to manage a separate planning segment, but to build a system that allows the company to simultaneously ensure product availability, control inventory, and efficiently utilize production and procurement resources.
