Key Responsibilities: • Development of a long-term demand forecasting strategy for a 3-5 year horizon, with a focus on process automation. • Development of end-to-end forecasting processes in collaboration with procurement, logistics, operations, and commercial departments. • Development of S&OP and CPFR methodologies, implementation of unified corporate forecasting standards. • Improvement of forecasting models considering promotional activities, seasonality, new product launches, and product lifecycle. • Implementation of modern AI/ML and IoT technologies to improve forecast accuracy and automate processes. Our Expectations: • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand forecasting at various levels of detail. • Deep understanding of statistical forecasting methods and practical experience applying ML models, including gradient boosting. • Experience in building or managing IBP/S&OP processes in large Retail, FMCG, or e-commerce companies. • Experience managing the DMR process and developing CPFR from the supplier or retail chain side. • Practical experience in developing business process architecture, methodologies, and demand forecasting standards.
